Our air purification products are carefully designed to deliver a fresh and effective odor-removal experience using activated carbon technology. Because of the functional nature of this product, special handling and hygiene considerations apply once the product packaging is opened.

1. Nature of the Product

The Aerefresh Air Purifier is a non-electric air purification product that uses activated carbon to absorb odors, pollutants, and unwanted airborne particles from the surrounding environment.

Activated carbon works by adsorption, a natural process where odor molecules and impurities bind to the porous carbon surface. This process begins immediately once the product is exposed to open air.

Due to this property:

  • The purifier begins functioning as soon as the packaging is opened.

  • The activated carbon material starts interacting with the surrounding environment instantly.

  • The product cannot be returned to an unused state once exposed to air.

Because of these functional and hygienic considerations, opened products cannot be resold or redistributed.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, Aerefresh air purifier products are classified as non-returnable items once the packaging seal has been opened.

Returns will not be accepted in the following circumstances:

  • The product packaging has been opened or tampered with

  • The product has been exposed to air after unpacking

  • The product has been used or installed

  • The product has been altered or damaged after delivery

  • The return request is based on change of mind

  • The product was ordered mistakenly by the customer

  • The customer expected different results or performance based on personal preference

Because the activated carbon purifier immediately begins absorbing odors from the environment after opening, the product cannot be resold as new once exposed.

Customers are strongly encouraged to review product descriptions, specifications, and instructions carefully before placing an order.


3. Refund Policy

Aerefresh maintains a strict no-refund policy for successfully delivered products.

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • The product has been delivered successfully and is not damaged

  • The customer decides not to use the product after delivery

  • The product packaging has been opened

  • The customer purchased the wrong product or changed their mind

  • The product does not meet personal expectations

Once an order has been delivered and accepted, it is considered final and non-refundable.

This policy helps maintain fairness and ensures that every customer receives a product that has not been previously opened or exposed to external environmental conditions.


4. Replacement for Damaged Products During Shipping

Although we take extensive care in packaging and quality control, damage may occasionally occur during shipping due to courier handling.

If a product arrives damaged, broken, or physically compromised during transit, customers may be eligible for a replacement.

To request a replacement, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

The following information must be provided:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs of the shipping box

  • Photographs of the damaged product

  • Photos showing the courier label and packaging condition

  • A short unboxing video, if available

Providing visual documentation helps us verify the issue quickly and file a report with our shipping partners.

After reviewing the evidence, Aerefresh may:

  • Ship a replacement product at no additional cost, or

  • Provide further instructions for resolving the issue.

Requests made after 48 hours from delivery may not be eligible for replacement.


5. Incorrect Product Delivered

In rare situations where a customer receives a product different from what was ordered, Aerefresh will correct the issue.

Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the received product

  • Photos of the shipping label and packaging

After verification, we will arrange shipment of the correct product at no additional cost.


6. Missing Items in the Order

If your order arrives with missing items, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the package and its contents

  • Description of the missing item

Once verified, we will arrange for the missing item to be shipped to you.


7. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once the order has entered the shipping or fulfillment process, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.

Customers wishing to cancel their order should contact our support team immediately after placing the order.

If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.


8. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges associated with an order are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

However, if a replacement is approved due to:

  • shipping damage

  • incorrect product delivery

  • missing items

Aerefresh will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to the customer.


9. Abuse of Return Policy

To ensure fair use of our policies, Aerefresh reserves the right to deny replacement or support requests if:

  • fraudulent claims are suspected

  • evidence of damage is insufficient

  • the request falls outside the allowed reporting period

  • the product shows signs of intentional damage or misuse

10. International Orders

Customers ordering from outside India are also subject to the same Return & Refund Policy.

Please note:

  • International shipping times may vary depending on customs processing and local courier services.

  • Import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds cannot be issued for delays caused by customs clearance or international shipping processes.
