All orders placed through the Aerefresh website are processed within 1–3 business days after the order has been confirmed.

Order processing includes:

  • order verification

  • product preparation and packaging

  • quality inspection

  • handover to the shipping carrier

Orders are processed during our business days, which are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details where available.


Domestic Shipping (India)

Aerefresh currently ships orders across India through trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery times within India are as follows:

  • Metro cities: approximately 2–5 business days

  • Tier-2 cities and towns: approximately 3–7 business days

  • Remote or rural areas: approximately 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • courier logistics

  • local delivery conditions

  • weather disruptions

  • regional transportation restrictions

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors beyond our control.


International Shipping

Aerefresh may offer international shipping to select countries depending on shipping availability and logistics support.

International shipping times typically range from 7–15 business days, depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, and courier services.

Please note that international orders may be subject to:

  • customs inspections

  • import duties

  • local taxes

  • customs clearance delays

These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Aerefresh is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or delays caused by customs clearance processes.


Shipping Charges

Shipping costs may vary depending on:

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

Any applicable shipping fee is non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

Tracking availability depends on the shipping provider used for your delivery.

Customers can use the tracking number provided to monitor the status of their shipment directly through the courier’s tracking system.

Please allow 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking information to update.

While Aerefresh aims to ship and deliver orders promptly, delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

Possible reasons for shipping delays may include:

Aerefresh will not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our operational control.


Incorrect Shipping Address

If an incorrect shipping address is provided:

  • additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment

  • the package may be returned to the sender by the courier

If you realize that you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing the order.

Once the order has been shipped, address modifications may not be possible.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact our support team with your order number and shipping details.

We will work with the courier partner to investigate the shipment status.

Please note:

  • Aerefresh is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier.

  • If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the courier, we will work with the shipping partner to determine the appropriate resolution.

Damaged Packages During Shipping

If your order arrives with visible shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers should provide:

  • photos of the shipping box

  • photos of the damaged product

  • order number

Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange a replacement according to our Return & Refund Policy.


Multiple Shipments

In certain cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on product availability, warehouse logistics, or shipping carrier requirements.

Customers will receive separate tracking information for each shipment if applicable.


Order Refusal or Delivery Failure

If a shipment is refused by the customer or cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or repeated failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us by the courier.
